Although Jamaica is not necessarily a large island, there are still plenty of accommodation options, ranging from expensive resorts to budget friendly hotels. Ocho Rios is home to some great all-inclusive resorts that aren’t as expensive as other regions of the island. You’ll also find some little shopping areas along the shore, but not much else.
